FAQs

  • We organized around the Healing Justice Principles and tried to stay on theme with the 8th House. The principles led us to focus on offerings that are designed for groups instead of individuals.

  • We can make an 8th House happen on all kinds of budgets. We tend to find with lower budgets more volunteer hours and donations are necessary. With a larger budget we can make culturally relevant space accessible for more participants and bigger communities.

  • The curator team works closely with event planners to create an experience that will met the needs of your community. The earlier we are included in the planning process and the more connected our work is to other accessibility adaptations and cultural offerings at the event, the more we are able to create a unique, connective, and timely offering.
